What Do You Wish For?

Once in a Blue Moon

Make a Wish Tonight

Tonight is a rare Blue Moon, this only happens once every 2 and a half years or so and occurs when there are 2 full moons in one month or 4 in a quarter instead of the usual 3 ~ The last one occurred 31st December 2009.

It is a very special Luna event so make the most of it, plus its also reputedly 9 times more powerful than a regular full moon.

A Few Very Simple Ways to Use this Special  Blue Moon Power

Put your crystals outside to be super recharged in the moon beams if you can or on a window ledge if you can't

Fill a bottle or two of spring water and leave out to absorb the moons magical properties for use in rituals or other mystical endeavours (If you'd like to know more, leave a comment)

Place items of jewellery which you need to be infused with this special power and charged with these high potency energy rays outside or on a window ledge

You can also add an extra kick to your jewellery items by holding them and infusing them with the positive power of your intentions, focusing on what you most desire in your life right now and then place them in the rays overnight ~  You will have a pretty powerful talisman to wear

Obviously there are a lot more in depth ways to use this empowering energy, however what I am giving you is simple, easy and anyone can give it a go with little or no preparation

So bring a little magick into your life tonight and dare to dream ~ make that wish and just believe!

Are you feeling Weekend Wanderlust?

Are you feeling Weekend Wanderlust?

But you're stuck with nowhere to go and nothing to do?

Well, I may just have a solution ~ A selection of novels that I have just recently read and recommending to you from my GoodReads Read List.

by Jessica Shirvington

It starts with a whisper: “It’s time for you to know who you are…”

Violet Eden dreads her seventeenth birthday. After all, it’s hard to get too excited about the day that marks the anniversary of your mother’s death. As if that wasn’t enough, disturbing dreams haunt her sleep and leave her with very real injuries.

by Lauren Kate

The sky is dark with wings . . .

Like sand in an hourglass, time is running out for Luce and Daniel. To stop Lucifer from erasing the past they must find the place where the angels fell to earth. Dark forces are after them, and Daniel doesn’t know if he can do this—live only to lose Luce again and again.

by Tricia Rayburn

The sirens are back, but Vanessa may be the biggest threat of all. . .

Nothing has been normal since Vanessa Sands learned that her sister was murdered by sirens—femme fatales of the watery depths—and that everything she believed about her family was a lie.

Sweet Evil
by Wendy Higgins
Embrace the Forbidden

What if there were teens whose lives literally depended on being bad influences?

This is the reality for sons and daughters of fallen angels.

Tender hearted Southern girl Anna Whitt was born with the sixth sense to see and feel emotions of other people. She’s aware of a struggle within herself, an inexplicable pull toward danger, but Anna, the ultimate good girl, has always had the advantage of her angel side to balance the darkness within. It isn’t until she turns sixteen and meets the alluring Kaidan Rowe that she discovers her terrifying heritage and her willpower is put to the test. He’s the boy your daddy warned you about.

The Book I'm featuring on this Sinister Saturday is called:

Please DO Feed the Animals ZOO

Book Blurb:

A father decides to take his teenage son to the new petting zoo in town.

The zoo exhibits contain untamed ferocious animals and advertises that the visitors get to hand feed them. But there’s something the zoo goers aren't informed of: The animals will be eating them!

Because of a small glitch, the man and his son discover the sinister secret before they become the 'Main Course'

But will they be able to make it out of the maze-like zoo before being devoured by the hungry savage beasts?

Linky Followers!

Hello to everyone on this totally tropical and perhaps even thundering Thursday evening!

I've just joined the Linky Club, and no I didn't say Kinky Club, clean your ears out please and take those earmuffs off too!!

So my point is, before we digress down a road of innuendo, is that I've joined the Linky Followers (yes LINKY - just to reiterate) so if any of you marvellous peeps out there are Linky People, how about a Follow for a Follow?  And no I don't mean stalking either, before your brain careens off down that winding path like a bullet from a gun.

So what I'm looking for is Linky Followers NOT Kinky Stalkers ~ OK?

See you in Linky Land!
